1) download mobile uncle tools apk from here http://www.4shared.com/android/Z91FKTgG/Mobileuncle_Tools_commobileunc.html
2) install it,
3) download the recovery image from here http://www.4shared.com/file/H3mm8XbM/TECNO-F7_130622__recovery_1308.html
4) place the recovery image in the root of your memory card, not any folder
5) go to the mobile uncle tools app and open it
6) select recovery update option
7) you will see the recovery you put in the sd card, select it and tap yes.
8) it will boot into recovery automatically, else reboot into recovery
9) see CWM, all done.
